  Dried Apricot Buttering  
     
 

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg. ELMAS dried apricots,
  • 125 gr. Butter or margarine,
  • 1 ¼ cups of water,
  • 1 cup walnut / almond / hazelnut,
  • Suggestion for service: cream, ground walnut or pistachio.

Recipe: Rinse dried apricots and boil with water. Melt butter / margarine in another pan. Boil until half of the water evaporates and add melted butter / margarine with dried fruits and roast 5-10 minutes. We suggest to serve hot cream and ground walnuts sprinkles over.
