ELMAS FOOD
 
  Chocolate with Dried Figs and Oatmeal  
     
 

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr. Bitter chocolate,
  • 40 gr. Corn oil,
  • 1-2 table spoons of table sugar,
  • 2 tea spoons of cinnamon
  • 1 tea spoon of powder vanillin
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of ELMAS dried figs, diced in cubes

Recipe:

Melt the chocolate in a pan water bath. Add the oil and mix well. Stir in sugar, vanillin and cinnamon, then oatmeals and ELMAS diced figs. Spread the chocolate batter on the foil and wrap in rectangular cube or in a mould and leave in refrigerator for over night. Serve in slices.
